Basics of Hair Care

What to do?

Step one:

Prepare a healthy eating plan. If you are unsure what to eat google it. Google is great for that kind of stuff. Although I will provide a some ideas like always I advise you all to get to know what your body, hair or skin likes.

~ PROTEIN

Proteins are amino acids linked together, most commonly there are about twenty different kinds. They do provide different functions, help in digestion, aid in movement: your muscles, aid in your ability to see and provide structure to your ligaments, fingernails and hair. Lean meat, low-fat diary, nuts and beans.

~ Vitamin B

Vitamin B are eight water soluable vitamins that play an important role in cell metabolism. The most important of all the B vitamins is B7( Biotin) and B12. Biotin can be found in carrots, tomatoes, beans, nuts and oatmeal. Vitamin B12 is found in meats and diary

So why is Vitamin B imporant for you?

It is the most essential vitamin for your body, Below are a list of 
functions:

~ aids in carbohydrate, fat anf protein synthesis
~ assists in hormone production
~ increases energy production
~ maintains a healthy nervous system
~ lowers cholesterol and triglycerides
~ Assist in the gowth of the body

Vitamin A

~ promotes strong, shiny hair and nails
~  can be found in sweet potatoes, carrots, leafy greens and squash

Other Vitamin to consider are::

Vitamin C- keeps hang nails at bay,
               - found in citrus foods such as orangesm beel peppers and strawberries

Iron - affects the structure of your hair
       - found in meats ad seeds

Zinc - prevents white spots on your nails and healthy hair
       - found in protein sources such as dairy, meats and eggs.


Step one:

~ Drink lots of water

Drinking water flushes your boby of toxins, chemicals and impurities that may stifle your hair growth and disrupt your hormone and enzyme imbalances. Water also transports the important nutrients your body needs throughout your body. It is necessary of the uilization of the water-soluble vitamins.

Step three:

~ Try to use all natural products to promote hair growth or you can make your own, by doing research and finding out what are some of the best ingredients to aid on your journey. If you do decide to buy products look for ones that have powerful essential oils, natural herds and vitamin rich nutrients. Advice:

Try not to use products that use natural extracts they arent as powerful. Dont be fooled by the labels pay close attention to cheap alternatives and ingredients. It may say all natural and still contain harsh chemicals.
On this journey you have to care enough about youself to care at all.
